Dear Victim Brothers, As some of you are aware that Family Harmony Society is in the process of filing a PIL in the High Court of Karnataka on the issue of Multiple Maintenance. As you are aware that wife in case of matrimonial dispute with husband has the option to claim maintenance from various laws and Acts. We have listed them below.
- Domestic violence Acts
- Hindu Marriage Act
- CrPC 125
- The Hindu Adoptions and Maintenance Act
As you are aware that for the success of any PIL following are the important ingredients
- Issue should be of public interest involving large citizens
- Citizens had approached appropriate authorities and failed to get relief or justice
- There should be sufficient data to convince the judges that the matter is of grave importance
- Judges should be convinced that it needs urgent attention
- If not addressed by High Court using their Extra Ordinary powers it will result in continued miscarriage of justice.
In this context we need your support, help, advice and co-operation. Support us for the PIL regarding Multiple Maintenance provisions for wife in case of matrimonial dispute. It is very simply. You need to complete three steps shown in the table.

My wife., had chosen to file multiple cases against me,, seeking monetary benefits.. in file CrPC 125 and DV..
Multiple maintenance option is nothing but indirectly destroying the Indian Family Harmony. It promotes legal terrorism. So every individual has earn on his/her own.
The concept of maintainace as prevalent today in Indian Legal System if greatly flawed. The multiple laws/acts/sections declaring maintainance to women only help in creating statistics of high number of cases which unscruplous women file to extort money and with criminal intentions to harrass the husband and family.
The concept of maintainance for able bodied women should be abolished completely. If at all any maintainance, there should a single law to administer maintainance overriding all the prevalent modes of maintainance.
I wish to sign this PIL. The maintenance cases are against my brother but to be able to pull out money, his wife has put so many false cases against me and my family including a Domestic Violence case.

I am fighting false 498A case slaped by my wife against my entire family (myself, brother, married sister and parrents).
There is no multiple cases agaianst me at present.
But I have met number of people who are fighting 15-16 cases filed by his wife. Law is fully estrange and biased towards husband.

We got Married 05/03/2002, and have a daughter born 09/07/2005. My wife and she’s family given me 498a/34 IPC, FIR NO.276, date 31/08/2009, P.S.: BAGUIATI, it’s not true case, believe me. My wife are engaged/Affair with a boy his house front of my house, all the matters are know every person in my village, and also they given me written about my character. When my wife goes outside form my house near about many vory gold and cash 1.20 lack Indian rupees taken. Not taken my daughter, daughter is now in my house. My wife doing the 498a case’s date 31/08/2009 and I arrest 06/09/2009, court give me bail at 19/09/2009 my 1st court date is 16/10/2009 done. 2nd court date is 04/01/2010 done. Next court date is 07/07/2010at Barashat court. Some proof (20 pcs. s.m.s., picture with the boy and a c.d.) has me about my wife and the boy that they are in illegal relation. Believe me I and my family love much more to my wife. They (My wife family) are very very poor and live in a bosti Address: 70/H/8 Manicktolla Main Road, Kolkata – 700054, Beside 5 Star Club, my mother see 1st time and she arrange my marriage, and Mother told me they are very poor so what? After marriage she is my family member, believe me not a single word is wrong. Before marriage my family not see my wife’s family, now we understand/also see that she’s family are very bad. My wife, she’s family and the boy they are misusing this law. Now my wife’s family understands all the affair matter. But my wife still now not agree she wants to marry to the boy. My wife left our only solitary daughter to me who is 4 years old having severe “Ashtama Disease, depends on INHEALER, here political Hide & seek game is going on & the father of the parents (THE FATHER OF THE BOY WHO HAS ILLICIT RELATIONS WITH MY WIFE) are rich, so they are spending money to everywhere with a view to be escaped. Now I decided that I’m not taken back my wife. I take a lawyer his name Mr. Kamelash Nandi. I don’t know what happened next? Now I went to punishment the boy. If possible please help me. Please investigate the matter and relief/save me and my family. And . My wife given me U/s. 125 Cr. P. C. Case NO.167/2009, date 16/12/2009. 1st Class Judicial Magistrate at Sealdeh. 1st court date is 15/01/2010.

Dear friend’s, actually I’m 100 percent victim, so I went to knowing my matter all the Indian and others. I write my matter to all minister in W.B., CBI, CID, Human rights department, Kolkata Police, my nation, all of the news channels, and all press, and many more, absolutely you also, I’m 100 percent victim but no body come to me. My question is why they not come to my house? I screw up to claim that I am as white as snow. Sir, If you don’t brook intervention then our family &especially my small daughter’s life will be ruined.
I determined that if any reporter / any person come to my house then they know that I am 100 percent victim. And I win the case. I’m Punishment + harassment Without Crime.

Becoz my wife also having an affair with a boy of lower cast. After marriage I ask her why she kept herself detached from me? then she told me that she didn’t want to marry me. SHE MARRIES ME UNDER HER PARENTS PRESSURE. Now I told her father that how could she do that? U also cheated me & also after giving his daughter enough chance to conclude illicit relations with that boy. She is not ready. So I have filed DIVORCE Case in court & also lodged criminal complaint against my wife,her father, mother, that boy & also against my wife. I am to the victim of these multiple maintenance issue. My wife has also filed maintenance under 125 of CrPc and also the DV act. I don’t know what is wrong with the law makers and the people who pass it. They are suppose to be educated then how are they passing such laws in which they are themselves trying to double jeopardy an individual for the same allegations. It is ridiculous.

Awareness among politicians and top officials like CJI, PM, President of India, Home Ministry everybody knows about the misuse. Only thing that is lacking is a Ministry which can forward our voices and fight on behalf of us and move the constitutional/law and order processes to protect innocent. That will only be done by setting up Ministry for Men’s Welfare. NGO’s can bring awareness in the people but, lobbying only can be done by politicians. Lobbying is the only way to make any changes in the govt/law and order. So we should attract politicians irrespective of which party they belong to and take thier help. Politicians only fall for votes. If we can grow and show us as ‘a significant vote bank’, we can attract politicians. Therefore, we need to 1) keep on bringing awareness and 2) do lobbying with the help of politicians. What SIFF is lacking rihgt now is the second one. Ofcourse PIL is also a great idea which can in a way attract politicians as well. So we need to bring support of various political parties into these PIL in order to make it strong. One more important step is to bring awareness in students about the misuse and thier future. We need to gather support from various student organizations.

Men are also human beings and relatives of them are also women and men. Please appreciate the social changes occurring inside our society. As westernisation is griping our culture so the rate of divorces are also increasing and it has to occur. No body can deny for that women are getting more westernise than men. Please make fare laws where woman should not be using dirty tricks to extort many from men. Instead we should encourage them to provide and a secured future even they are getting separated.
There is need of change at mass level, many loop holes needs to fill up. Laws are mend to create harmony in society and not vanishing two families. Please make some standard parameters to provide maintenance for job less women. This will reduce so many malpractices from our society. The whole gamble of lodging 498a and various maintenance cases is for money.

I strongly plead for law and justification in this democratic land.In today’s world law has become more biased and autocratic than democratic.Women have always been looked upon as the victims but in reality Men are going through lots of sufferings.They are deprived of their rights over child,their family etc. Infact they are nailed down to the deepest level of agony and pain and mental torture.
I request that the matter of injustice done to men with women holding the pathetic power of 498A to be revised once again.Today its some one like me who is unknown to this cruel world but tomorrow it may be some one from you know.Its high time and matter of serious concers.
Lets make our country a health family making country rather than departed individuals.
Hope our prayers to the law making agencies are answered.

yes i m very much against this multiplicity of maintenance for women, what they were before marriage and what they except after marriage is to be decide.
My wife has left her marital house. She wanted me to live with her mother. I declined. In just 48 days she left with the plea that her mother was sick and went along with 3 of her relatives who came to fetch her. She went to wome’s cell. Sec 498a/406/34 IPC are charged against me. Also filed a suit u/s 125. I have filr a petition for diverce.The marriage took place in Delhi on 14/4/2008 and she left me on 02/06/2008.
