           Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we are

satisfied that the petitioner has failed to make out a case for

transfer   of    MAT   Case   No.1   of     2010   titled   Dr.Ragavendra

Nagammanavar vs. Dr.Asha Bankapur, which is pending in the Court

of 1st Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bellary, within

the State of Karnataka.

           The transfer petition is accordingly dismissed.
